I want to be able to play game in windowed mode on my LCD TV (secondary OS monitor, extended), and look to race information/etc on PC's monitor (primary OS monitor). So i can't use that very useful and interesting new GA option. And that's why secondary information window is ignoring any fullscreen/windowed settings that you doing with main game window at all. Looks like it's hardcoded by developers - to display that secondary information screen always in fullscreen mode by default + always on secondary extended OS monitor. When i'm pressing alt-enter - only main game window reacts normally, secondary screen remains always fullscreen and always being displayed on LCD TV. It hasn't any border, like typical win7 minimize/maximize/quit buttons.

And i can't move that secondary screen window to my primary PC monitor, unlike main game window. The problem is that this secondary screen with race info always being displayed only on my LCD TV, behind the main game window. I'm playing on LCD TV connected via hdmi and it's configured as secondary monitor in win7. I have problem with this second screen option too.
